ADG Precision Platform Subscription Agreement

This agreement governs access to and use of the ADG Precision platform, website, dashboard, software, APIs, reports, recommendations, automations, account tools, workflows, data tools, affiliate tools, administrative tools, billing system, and related services.

Platform Purpose

ADG Precision is a Google Ads optimization SaaS platform designed to help advertisers, SEM teams, agencies, and organizations review search term reports, classify search intent, identify wasted spend, discover potential negative keywords, identify useful search terms, improve campaign workflows, and support Google Ads account optimization decisions.

ADG Precision provides software-assisted recommendations and workflows. ADG Precision does not guarantee advertising results, revenue increases, profit increases, conversion increases, CPA reductions, ROAS improvements, or any particular campaign outcome.

Launch Plans

ADG Precision is launching with Elite Lite, Elite, and Enterprise.

Elite Lite is $3,600 per month. Elite is $6,000 per month. Enterprise uses custom pricing for organizations with at least $600K in monthly ad spend.

Older Professional and Professional Promo subscriptions remain governed by the terms in effect when those customers subscribed.

Data Security and Google Ads API Compliance

ADG Precision will use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Customer Data.

Customer acknowledges that use of Google Ads data may be subject to Google terms, policies, API requirements, platform rules, and account permissions.
